People that come through our business have a better success rate if they work their way up from the bottom and we want to now become grow our own negotiators from day one, take them outside of the branch and have them in an intense program in our head office.

It's a 12-month program and as I say at the end of it we're looking for individuals who excel.

Richard in a previous video you said that was no middle ground in the estate agency and agents needed to "boutique" themselves up and what does that look like? Talk to me.

Okay I think it's I mean being the"boutique" agent it's a slightly chintzy term boutique but what I mean.

Yes lovely sofa and everything!! It may be but what I'm talking about is more personal personable elements to the business that pulls you away from the crowd you know (we are the people business though aren't we?) well absolutely is a people business in fact I think in one of our other videos we talked about actually not necessarily being driven by relationships but actually being driven by by challenge and what we can talk about that another team but I think so what I mean when I say boutique what I mean is looking at what traditional agency is or highstreet agency is and doing something that is perhaps different but with a more personal touch.
