It may be but what I'm talking about is more personal personable elements to the business that pulls you away from the crowd you know (we are the people business though aren't we?) well absolutely is a people business in fact I think in one of our other videos we talked about actually not necessarily being driven by relationships but actually being driven by by challenge and what we can talk about that another team but I think so what I mean when I say boutique what I mean is looking at what traditional agency is or highstreet agency is and doing something that is perhaps different but with a more personal touch.
